There are many criticisms that have been made toward this level of consumption of alcohol that exist in our present Cuban society and was exist in previous decades. During many years the Cuban people have been protesting about the scarcity of food because of the economic necessity of the country, but anyhow is not a problem for the people the constant production and consumption of alcohol, something that the government almost always ensures to keep the population calm.
